    Gather contextCircle Intelligence searches circleOS for the records you referenced, pulls patient history, notes, forms, and bookings, and researches the web if you've enabled it.

    ReviewRead the answer. For drafts — plans, documents, follow-ups — check them over. Edit your last prompt and resubmit, or ask a follow-up to get a different angle.

    ConfirmIf the answer suggests a plan, task, note, or briefing, you confirm it. Only then does circleOS create the record, and only you send anything patient-facing.
