  • Medical VAT, automatic

    Add a diagnosis to a medical service and the line drops to 0% VAT — exactly as the German rules require. The translation nobody wants to do by hand, done as you bill.

    circleOS reads the visit and proposes the GOÄ and GebüH line items, catching the mistakes before the invoice ever goes out.

  • Checkout from the visit

    Slide to checkout right from the cart in Live Mode. The visit ends and the bill is already there — no second app, no re-keying.

  • A pay link before they book

    Turn on prepayment and the patient gets a payment link the moment they book, with an automatic reminder if they forget. Money in before the chair's even warm.
