What this page is for
The Employees page is the place to:
- invite team members
- review who already has access
- remove staff access
- manage staff accounts through the connected access-management flow
In the current app, this page is a dedicated employee-management screen rather than a normal editable table.
What circleOS stores for each team member
circleOS also keeps a local employee profile for staff who use the workspace.
That local profile powers everyday features such as:
- assignee pickers on patients, plans, and diagnostic results
- Assigned to me pages and saved views
- employee search results
- pinned views for the signed-in team member
Most teams do not create that local profile by hand. It is usually created or linked when access is provisioned and the person signs in.
When to check Employees first
Open Employees if somebody is missing from:
- an assignee selector
- search
- an Assigned to me workflow
The most common reasons are:
- they were never invited
- the invite was not accepted
- they have access, but have not signed in yet
Simple rule of thumb
- Use Employees when you are managing who can access the workspace.
- Use assignment controls on patients, plans, or other records when you are deciding who owns a piece of work.
